REVIEW

The OPHION 7L is on the larger side of HTPC cases, but this extra volume has benefits. The case supports SFX power supplies rather than FlexATX, and LP air coolers upto 70mm in height. Additionally, the case supports single slot LP graphics cards for extra graphical power in form of the Radeon RX 6400.

The OPHION 7L has a clean and minimal appearance that shouldn’t look out of place in majority of home setups and come in either black or white.

We found cable management little awkward when using largest compatible LP coolers, as there was little room for cable routing between the PSU and motherboard.

In our experience and from building in the case, the OPHION 7L is best suited for those who want a relatively small HTPC case that has reliable CPU cooling performance and supports SFX power supplies rather than Flex ATX.

  1. Really random question, but would a standard after-market power button fit this case if I wanted to replace the stock ‘Raijintek’ logo button? I love the case but would prefer a non-branded aesthetic, or even better get a custom button that uses the steam logo.
